Traveling and Tickets

How are you planning to arrive in Trondheim? You have a couple of options! You can fly directly into Trondheim Airport, Værnes, or land at Oslo Airport, Gardermoen, and take a scenic train journey up to Trondheim. If you choose to fly into Værnes, you’ll be only about 30 minutes away from Trondheim by train, bus, or car.

Once in Trondheim, there are several ways to get around Trøndelag:

Car Rental: Renting a car is easy and can give you the flexibility to explore at your own pace. You can find your rental car HERE

The easiest way to travel between Granåsen and our inn is by a convenient combination of rental car and bus. If you have questions after booking with us - I am happy to help!

Each day, you'll enjoy a homemade breakfast, with the option to pack a lunch for your day’s adventures, and a hearty, traditional homemade dinner in the evening.
